SMS messaging is optional. Enter your mobile number below. The SMS consent checkbox is optional, and this form can be submitted without checking it. If you submit without checking the box, you will not be enrolled in SMS messaging. If you check the box, your affirmative consent record is stored with the disclosure version and submission time for compliance and account support purposes.

What users receive

Makeratory SMS messages are transactional or customer-care messages connected to requested features. They may include confirmations of user-submitted Captures, requested reminders, account-related notifications, and replies to user-initiated messages. Makeratory does not use this opt-in for unsolicited promotional messaging.

Opt-out and help

Users can reply STOP at any time to opt out of Makeratory SMS messaging. Users can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on how the user interacts with Makeratory and which reminders or features they request.

Privacy and terms

Mobile information is handled as described in the Makeratory Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Additional SMS-specific terms are available in the SMS Messaging Terms.
